I'm a bit concerned about my son's teeth.
Around Christmas he had several teeth start wiggling. 2 of them fell out within the month. 1 still has not; I can see the adult is now coming out BEHIND it, so suppose the wiggly one won't fall because now it is not really being pushed.
I'm more concerned about his upper front adult. The baby is 1 of those that fell out. However, there is still not any sign of any kind that an adult is coming through.
Last year he had x-rays taken at the dentist, and nothing was said that indicated anything was abnormal.
In case you wonder, I am reticent to call this dentist again because some of them really irritated me last time my son came for a cleaning; they were very impatient. (Yes, my boy started late and is VERY wussy about anything medical, but I still think they were too sharp with him - not to mention wants him to miss school so they MIGHT have an easier time with him "because it's morning".) Basically, if they are impatient and selfish like that again I might try even a regular dentist.
I'm mostly worried about the lack of adult eruption, but also wonder if it would be OK to just yank that ancient loose baby tooth?
I really don't need him having MORE trauma at a dentist than the regular stuff.
