I've been having symptoms of what seems like 'the change' for around six months now. I will be 43 in a month. One of those symptoms I forgot to mention in my introduction post was hair loss.
I'm losing more hair than usual in the shower, and I'm noticing shorter hairs around my face. I have curly hair and I have more little waves around my forehead and temple, as if the hair is breaking off 3 inches from the scalp. I don't cut my hair that short, so it has to be breaking.
My GYN tells me my blood work is normal, so my feeling crazy along with the other physical symptoms are all just in my head apparently. But does anyone notice significant hair loss during this period in their life?
