I have severe pain in my back, it starts from my lower back all the way up to my neck. When i'm under stress or when i'm angry. There's times where my back completely tenses up and feels constricted making it unbearable to walk and so painful that I want to cry. I'm barely 19 and I have a 1 year old. my pain started a couple months after I had him. I really wanna know what could possibly be wrong with me.
