I've had a quick on-set of serious pain on the top of my right foot. It hurts to the touch, and I cannot walk on it. It does not hurt to point my toes, but REALLY hurts when I bring my toes back. I believe it's the tendons running back from my toes along the top of my foot, but not sure. It's amazing how bad it hurts for not injuring it in any way. Has anyone had this issue? What causes it = bad shoes or arch support? Thanks.
