Leader- Kamina from Gurren Lagann (Obviously)
Brawler- Kratos from the God of War series (Demigod strength, with a massive assortment of melee weapons. Come on...)
Weapons Expert- Jenny Wakeman/XJ-9 from My Life as a Teenage Robot (While Kratos has a large arsenal of weapons, I think he's still physically stronger than Jenny. Jenny has a larger arsenal of weapons, so there you go.)
Brains- Satsuki Kiryuin (Kiryuuin?) from Kill La Kill (Was able to orchestrate a rebellion against her mother from behind her back, and was planning to get Ryuko in on it, and she had been planning it for about 13 years. I'm sure she could handle a zombie apocalypse.)
Medic- The Medic from Team Fortress 2 (His Medigun can heal any injury, and UBERCHARGE someone to make them INVINCIBLE!)
Speed Fighter- Ben Tennyson from the Ben 10 series. (Only for XLR8 and Fasttrack, but also has many other transformations to help out in all of the other departments as well.)
Mascot- Chuck from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt (Unlike a lot of other 'mascot' characters, Chuck is entirely capable of fighting back. You have to prompt him to do so first, but the result is worth it!)
Guy who dies first- Yamcha from the Dragon Ball trilogy (Take that trilogy label as you will.) (He dies first against the Saiyans. But he is also likable to me, so he gets this spot.)
