[WANTED] A custom figureI;'

I'm looking for someone who is unbelievably good at creating custom figures to create one based on a custom design I have. Not knowing how to work with molding plastic and whatnot myself I am turning to the community as a whole. I want to take the WAP! kamen rider line and use 1-2 of them for parts to create my custom figure. IF anyone on here is very good with making customs please drop me a line. I am willing to pay well for said custom.
