Blood sugar dropping

Hi everyone. I will apologize in advance if this is a long post. I have been experiencing some really frustrating symptoms and I am not sure my Drs are really taking it serious enough or at least have not explained enough to me. First, I am 34 yrs old, not diabetic but I have Hashimoto's. A blood test for Celiac has also come back positive and I mostly stay away from gluten. I have to admit that I am not always good at it though since I love real pizza and drink Coors Light. In March my Endo said she suspected that I was going hypoglycemic and gave me a OneTouch meter to test my blood. She was right that my blood sugar was dropping into the 60s. She told me I had to eat 20g of carbs and 10g of protein - still my blood sugar is going into the 60s. Since May I have been getting these terrible dizzy spells, my visions goes really blurry, I get nauseous and sometimes the base of my head/top of my neck gets weak and I sort of feel like a bobble-head. When I get the weak feeling in the base of my head/top of my neck I really start to feel sick. Another time recently, I got that feeling in the base of my head/top of my neck, the back part of my scalp felt numb and then from my jaw to behind my eye on the right side of my face felt numb like I was at the dentist and they just gave me Novocain. I could still smile, talk, and raise both arms (thinking of stroke signs). I had never had these things happen before May. There are times that I test my blood sugar when these symptoms start and my blood sugar is low so I eat whatever I can to get it up. Other times my blood sugar comes back fine. When I have a blood pressure meter near me I will check my blood pressure and it seems to be around 130ish over 90ish or 80ish.
A few times (probably 5) since January I have gotten this weird tingle feeling in my head (not my scalp). I am not dizzy in the sense that the room isn't spinning, and I don’t feel disoriented. I usually start to blink my eyes just to get the feeling to go away but it doesn't help. I would say it probably lasts a minute then goes away. Sometime later I will get a slight headache.
Now, I have also been under stress which may also be worsening whatever is going on. I am going into my last year of law school, working full time, and my husband had a heart attack on April 13, 2015. I know stress can do crazy things to a person but I am a little hesitant to attribute it all to stress. The reason is, years before I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's the Drs said I was depressed and gave me anti-depressants. It took a Dr to look behind the symptom and my normal weight to have me get blood tests done and finally found out that I had an under active thyroid.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know if this all really is my blood sugar? If it is, then why am I having so much trouble and how do I fix it? Can my Hashimoto's have anything to do with it? I have been doing a little research and found stuff out about cortisol and other stress hormones and how they relate to blood sugar but all this research is getting me a little confused.
