Help with lab work

I have been taking armour for 7 weeks 60 mg in the morning. My doc prescribed this after going to him with terrible fatigue, muscle aches, joint aches, depression, constipation, foggy thinking, etc. I had no idea what was wrong but knew I felt horrible. Here was my lab work before I started the armour.
Tsh 3.17. .40-4.50
Free t4 1.0. .8-1.8
Free t3 2.5. 2.3-4.2

I just had labs redrawn and they mentioned adding cytomel because it looks like I am converting t4 to reverse t3. I feel much better than I did before starting the 60 mg of armour. My questions are-- can you take armour and cytomel? Or does the dose of armour alone need to be raised? Or do I need cytomel only? Like I said, I feel so much better than I did Is there really a chance that I can feel even better if I can get my free t3 raised and stop the reverse conversion? My weight is still up, I am still extremely constipated but so many other symptoms are better that it concerns me to change anything. The doctor is supposed to call me back today and said they may do some more blood work ( not sure what they would be checking).
Here are most recent blood work results
Tsh. .27 .4-4.5
Free t 4. .9 .8-1.8
Free t 3. 1.9 2.3- 4.2
Reverse t3 is 20 ng/ dl
Any help or opinions are appreciated!
