Water drips from nose 2-3 times a day whenever i bent

Hello, i m a female 55 years old. Water drips out of my nose twice or thrice a day whenever i bent or turnover while lying on bed. Its happening for last 30 years. It dosent happens consistently. It normally happens in gap of 4-5 months for 30 to 40 days. I am also an asthamatic/ bronchitis patient and have suffered severe asthamatic/bronchtitis attacks during climate changes 8-9 years ago. Now also suffer from mild bronchitis attack during climate change. Please suggest what should i do. Is it something to do with CSF leak.
