it can be pain from TMJ? please help

i have alot of symptoms of TMJ like headeche,ear pain,thoth pain and eye pain.
when i open my mouth and press on TMJ i feel bulge and pain only in the left side but my eye and eyebrows pain in the right side and sometimes in left side.
what you think?
