[OT] Best PenPal Sites?

My friend and I want a Japanese Penpal to talk to and learn Japanese from and in turn teach them English or French or Italian. We looked around and we don't know which sites are any good. I wanted to try interpals but im a little skeptical after I read the Dark secrets of Interpals article. Anyone have any suggestions?
