Remember he doesn't get a say over Nick's dumb scheduling and if the title changes in season 2 it's probably more of a marketing decision which is above him.
Some original villains since 3 of the 4 seasons he solely worked on had original villains. Turbo and RPM did too but he inherited those seasons
Some Sentai plot adaptions. Judd Lynn isn't above adapting a Sentai plot if he liked the story or just felt overworked. I don't expect every episode to be a translation but we'll still get them
At least one or two "silly episodes" that he likes, that the fandom largely hates for some reason.
An original finale, Judd Lynn usually used the Sentai final battle prior to the Power Rangers final battle. End of Time being the exception, but if Passion of the Chip is anything to go by that was due to him being tired and throwing in the towel.
A great season finale. Again End of Time is the exception to this (and I think a lot of people would disagree with me on that) but Chase into Space, Countdown to Destruction , Journeys End, and the Wrath of the Queen arc were all amazing. And largely I don't think there's a single Judd Lynn penned finale the fandom didn't like.
