[POWER RANGERS] Introduce Zedd earlier?

Would it have been better to have introduced Zedd after Doomsday? I understand Zyu 2 was likely mostly done at this point but in the transition all the Zyu 2 monsters could have been his and the upgrade could have come from Turbanshell destroying the Dino Zords. Thoughts? :)
