[POWER RANGERS] What if the Samurai and Megaforce DVDs were Cropped 4:3?

The latest seasons of Power Rangers have been filmed in 16:9 and I was wondering, what would people do if the DVD distributors encoded them in a cropped 4:3 format, refused to fix them and said "they'll always be 4:3"?
