[POWER RANGERS] When did it become okay to reveal identities?

One thing that always bothered me about hoe PR developed with In Space was that prior to that Zordon had always declared that no Ranger should reveal their identities - then at the end of In Space - they revealed and no consequences? After that it seemed to be okay to just tell everyone you're a Power Ranger? That's annoying... total rejection of the original rules...
