So, I edited this guy's fan-dub and a week later it gets removed from youtube due to copyright infringement. It was only my edited video that got removed.
It was a satire dub of Kamen Rider W.
Aren't Fandubs considered Fair-Use since they express concept and can be commentary? (Sec 107 of Copyright Law?)
I submitted a counter-notification.
Should I worry about being sued?
