So, because of some of these cool new shows coming out later this fall, it got me thinking of some of my favourite pilot episodes from past TV shows that I really enjoyed.
And the 2 that stick to me the most is Lost and Smallville. I can still go back to those 2 shows and remember what I loved about them by watching those first episodes. Even Once Upon A Time, got me interested in its pilot with its new take on fairy tales.
Heroes had a great pilot when it began, which is sad when you see how the series ended as a whole.
So, I was wondering what other TV pilots people enjoyed. What was you're first reaction to many of them and if the series ended, did it live up to your expectations?
