[POWER RANGERS] Why were the external building shots removed from Disney's MMPR re-image?

I imagine the answer is a right's one of some sort (i.e IIRC the Youth Centre exterior was Saban's old studio building, which Saban (and obviously not Disney) probably no longer own), but one thing of note with Disney's MMPR re-image, was that all the external building shots (i.e the Youth Centre, Angel Grove High) were removed from it.



Why were they removed? Was it rights, or something else?
