So I was browsing the internet all willy-nilly, when I decide to type and search "VR Troopers" in Japanese. I switch to image mode and I see this:
I looked at the blog that it was posted on, and apparently, according what it said on Translate, it seems that four or five episodes were dubbed into Japanese and aired on Japan's WOWOW station, sometime in 1995. It was even renamed by Toei, who distribuded it as "Virtual Warrior/Senshi Troopers" バーチャル戦士トゥルーパーズ. This, according to the blogger, is from a personal video copy.
