Back Pain and Eccentric Pain

Hi Friends,

I need a help from you and first I would like to explain you my problem Back Pain

One bad day, I had a minor back pain and next day I had a stong sex and then problem is started.

When I went to doctor and he told me to MRI and report is

l5- s1 Shallow ECCentric Disk Herniation causing Minimal Thecal Compressions
Lumbar Facet joint synonvities


This report I got it today and I am worried.

Can you please help me
