cervical vertigo

Hi everyone! I pray someone can shed a little light. Here goes. My first fusion was done in 10-15-07, c4 through c7. Second in 2010 c2-3. although since the operations, i've had nerve damage in my hands, but it got to the point where i seeked a 2nd opinion. another mri, cat scan and spinal tap with dye was done. And the new doctor told me that the seconed op did not heal right. This was done in 4-15. He also said that i have a small central c2-3 disc protrusion, and narrowing of the spinal cord. First op's was done through the front of my neck. Now he wants to operate going through the back of my neck to loosen up the spinal cord. Now here's where i hope you can help me. 2 weeks ago i was lying on my back under my neighbors car watching him remove his transfer case. Of course i was in an aukward position. When i got out from under car everything was fine, but when i knelt down and went back under and layed down. seems like everything rushed to my brain. The car was spinning and it seemed like the outsid was spinning around it. I layed there till it stopped. Then i slowly crawled out and stood up. Then it hit me again. I had to hold onto the car i was so dizzy to the point of almost throwing up. That night when i went to lie down on my bed it hit me again to the point i had to go into a fetal position and hold my eyes tight together, until it subsided. Then i slowly got up and it hit me again. Had to stand still till the dizziness stopped. Also if i bend over to pick up the dog dish i can feel the dizziness comin on. If i look up or hold my chin to my chest it makes me dizzy. Best way to describe how it feels when lying down is like having a coke bottle half full and laying it down on it's side. And all contents rushing to the other end. I noticed the only time it doesent bother me is when i first get up in the morning. Seems like when i start using my neck more is when i start having this new problem. I think i may have hurt somthing in my neck. So if anyone can help, i would surely appreciate it. Thank You.
