I have strange habit can't stop tapping my teeth together
And rubbing my tongue in my front upper teeth went to doc got botox and thought I finally was cured he charged me 2,0183.00
It only lasted for 2 weeks and I'm back to habit again can't afford to be paying that much every 2 weeks plz does any one know how to quit this habit
