Combating a bad flu (diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) with reflux?

Hi all,

Woke up today feeling extremely bad. Had bad diarrhea, and was vomiting every liquid I was taking in - I don't know if I specifically had/have the "flu," but the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, muscle weakness/aching, etc. seems to point to that conclusion. My reflux issues most likely worsened the ability to keep liquid down, and, as a result, I almost passed out from dehydration. Luckily, I am with my family, and am starting to take liquids down. I have good health insurance, should I need to visit the hospital if things get really bad.

I'm wondering if I should take any special considerations, or what other things you guys might suggest, as this has been pretty brutal on me today.

Is this what gastritis feels like?

I have been having pains in my chest. I went to the dr's and was prescribed with a ppi as the Dr thought it sounded like GERD. If previously had reflux and didn't think it felt the same. It is better at night, doesn't seem affected by what I eat and just gets worse through the day. It's usually slightly improved by eating.
The ppi did not cure the pain and the dose was increased to 40mg per day. It still not get better after several weeks of treatment. I had an endoscopy and they found moderate gastritis and 'coffee grounds' in my stomach. I was put on nexium (instead of onepraxole) but still the pain persists.
It feels like I have a sharp object high up between my ribs. It feels hot when I breathe and when I move I can feel my insides are very sore. The gastroenterologist said gastritis is likely to cause nausea and vomiting but I don't have either.
I am still suffers and don't know if it's the gastritis causing my symptoms and font understanding why the high dose of medium isn't working? Does anyone else have similar symptoms?

Husband won't believe me

So my husband has this strange obsession with needing know if I masterbate , I honestly don't do it I don't want to and he refuses to believe me he even checks my underwear to see if I did and says I use clothes to lay under me to catch my fluids while I am he says because I have a lot of discharge on my underwear that I masterbsted and I haven't idk what else to do it's ruining our marriage I love him so much. I just want him to believe me I wasn't faithful in the past but but I am now and I'm trying to prove to him I only want him how do I get him to believe me when I say I am not masterbating

Sinus fluid like pain after filling?

So about a week and a half ago I went for some fillings that left me feeling with some pain and sensitivity in my teeth but nothing too bad. A few days after that I woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain in one of the teeth that eventually spread all around the left side of my face. I went to the emergency room and they thought I may have gotten a sinus infection from the filling so they prescribed some antibiotics and pain relief medication. They also said to contact the dentist, which they said it may be from having a high bite.

After noticing the antibiotics weren't really helping the pain I went into the dentist and they adjusted my bite. They also x-rayed my mouth and found no issues or nerve damage with the teeth that were worked on so the tooth itself isn't damaged or decayed. That night I still had the pain but it was lesser, so they adjusted it again the following day. I felt a lot better, but then began having sinus like pain all throughout my face, it felt really tight like there was a lot of pressure in there.

Now, any pain I have seems to be in my jaw and ear and not so much from the tooth if at all. Some advil helps and using a warm heating pad also helps too but if I bend or look down I feel sinus pressure rushing to my head.

I'm coming up on two weeks after the filling and almost a week after the final bite adjustment and I'm not in as much pain as I was and it seems the pain is different now. I don't know if my jaw/ear pain is from the dental work or if it's an unrelated issue that popped up coincidentally after my tooth pain. It's worth noting that the tooth that has been giving me problems still feels funny, but it doesn't hurt or anything.

Right thumb tingling.

Was trying to program a new phone spent several hours getting it done. Right at last every time I would tap a letter the right thumb would tingle. Next day the thumb would tingle off and on also got a tingly spot across my elbow and on back of bicept. This only really happens when I would sit to to foreward with my elbows on my knees are elbows resting on table. Soon as I get up the tingling quits are if I reach over with my left hand grab the right side of my head and pull streaching my neck to the left and down the tingling will stop. Went to chiro three time now he said pinch nerve in neck . I have seen little improvement so far maybe a little. One other thing if am out working it doesn't bother me at all go sit down with elbows resting on something there it goes , either strech neck are get up and it's gone. Also never have it at all laying down are sleeping. Help.

I just quit smoking about 3 weeks now doing good but last night i satrted haveing tinggling on my face is this a part of Anxiety after you quit smoking.
I dont know i never felt this before till i stop smoking.
