[POWER RANGERS] Dragon shield accuracy?

Why has it been so hard to duplicate the dragon shield from zyurangers? There has been so many models.

I know manic has tried doing it.. Anyone know what the deal is?

Even in super megaforce it's different once again. The diamond looks like it's about to fall off in some Super Megaforce pictures.

I just don't know why it's always different
