Alright Similar to my thread on who is the most powerful Power Rangers but this time its the villains turn . Here is the criteria .
How many times did his/her plan work - This is not meaning how many times did they beat the rangers cause that hardly ever happens , this means something along the lines of when Master vile was able to turn the rangers in to kids or how in spd when grumm was able to get countless things he needed by distracting the rangers.
How powerful is him or her- are they week and hardly ever fight like lokor or they amazingly powerful like the master who was the devil basically from MF.
How smart are they- Can they out smart the rangers .
Motive - Are they wanting to rule or destroy the world or are they just wanting to make every body have a bad day ? What makes their evil hearts tick?
Back up-what are their generals like . Are they like the generals from JF who where rather powerful or where they like Rita`s who lets face it the only one she had that was good was Goldar .
Monsters-How powerful are their monsters cause in some seasons the rangers have had harder times with the monster of the week .
Foot soldiers- Are they awesome like the tyrana drones from DT or are they more like the foot soldiers from NS.
Well there you go have at it who do you think is the best ?
