I ask because I always thought it was at the end of the green candle episodes, but I'm currently rewatching and in the doomsday episode Kim says she's surprised Tommy isn't at the power ranger day celebrations, suggesting she hasn't spoken to him about it. There's also the fact that Tommy isn't seen for so many episodes. We then get to the season finale where Zack asks Tommy and Kim to double date with him and Angela, suggesting now that they are already a couple! Its very confusing!
