There are some seasons I feel where the overall action fell flat. This is my list. Whats yours?
Mmpr2- after the zyu2 footage ran out, saban tried to copy and paste american footage with dairanger footage. All the rangers would do is do some random punch or kick and the monster falls down, in reality not even making real physical contact with the monster at all. However, season 2 probably has the best UNMORPHED fights in pr history.
Mmpr3- while in this season saban made his fighting scenes 100% from scratch, the fights were poorly choreographed, with terrible special effects to match. Most of the time the rangers would just do some cartwheels around the monster and then get flipped on their back. Lame.
Zeo- ohrangers fighting footage was just terribly bland and lacked the exciting brutality of the zyuranger fights
