[DISCUSSION] How to create a morpher display box?

Hi everyone.



I'm considering making a custom display box for some of my legacy morphers, but I don't have a clue where to start.



I should be fine with staining/varnishing a box, but after that I'm stuck, so I have the following questions:



How do you cut the foam neatly and accurately?



How do you cut the correct shapes?

(This question is mainly aimed at the purpose of making a Dragon Dagger shape)



What material do you use to line the foam?



How do you line the foam with material neatly?



Any help or how-to's would be most appreciated
