[OT] Will Blu-Ray become irrelevant?

I always like owning my favorite movies and series on DVD, however I own about 25 Blu-Rays and I am considering purchasing any future releases on Blu-Ray, but I am concerned Blu-Rays become irrelevant in 5-10 years. Do you guys think that Blu-Rays will just become irrelevant and I should stick to purchasing things on DVD till we all go digital or I should pick up some of the newest movies on Blu-Ray to see the movie in the greatest possible quality and be ready for the switch to DVD to Blu-Ray?
