cosplay body size

Can somebody tell me body dimensions that best fill out the ranger suit? Ive seen people cosplay and some are too large and others too skinny. I figured if I'm gonna lose weight might as well have a set goal in mind. I think the suit actors fill them out best. Im 6'1 btw
