Need your thoughts. Been trying to reach out to Aniki re 2 suits ai bought and paid for in November. I was promised delivery this month and have gotten zero replies on status. These suits were needed for business and not play. That's been communicated to him. The last communication o me was 2/14 with an I'll "try" to get them out at the end of the month. Three weeks later still no response. I just feel its unprofessional to promise someone a date then not only meet it but avoid answering. Nearly $2,000 on suits bought and paid for is nothing to be taken lightly.
I'm curios if any of you had similar experiences and how I can politely but firmly get this guy to respond.
