Who else here met David Yost at Planet Comicon 2014 this past weekend? It was really cool meeting one of my childhood heroes. I got a picture, an autograph, and I also got to talk to him a little bit. I also gave him the sentai/PR parody comic strip I made (http://ift.tt/1cSDEKu) and he seemed to appreciate it.
Some notes from his Q&A:
- David was invited to the Super Megaforce reunion but, like other actors have said, thought the way Saban handled it was super tacky and it was one of the things that turned him off from accepting.
- David shared some fun stories from the set. JDF putting a fly in his sandwich, JDF autographing the couch in his trailer, JDF smacking him on the head. Geez.
- David's favorite zords in order were Triceratops, Wolf, then Unicorn.
