Any Good Fanfic Hubs/Requesting Places?

I'm not that great of a writer, but while I was watching Mystic Force's Stranger Within two-parter, I had an idea of Vida/Necroli in some shape or form (Post series, AU where Vida doesn't turn good, etc). Problem is, as mentioned above, I'm not great, and Power Rangers kink memes have less activity than a corpse has working brain-cells.



So I was wondering if anyone on the board knew of any good places where one could request PR fanfic or do fills for other people.
