Was it ever explained why the super mega rangers can't transform into the or exclusive rangers. There's a lot of American footage used in super megaforce I think they could have made changes for the phantom ranger, titanium ranger, and spirits. I doubt it will be explained why the titanium ranger is in the war but doesn't have a key.
