I must confess; I've had a tough time watching MMPR as an adult.
I managed to watch the key parts of it with my nephew when he was 5/6, but it was tough. Which felt strange. Because I loved the show, you know? But it just struck me as - forgive me - hokey and silly!
Well last night I turned on "Return of the Green Ranger" 3 parter, and I'm happy to report I was able to truly enjoy it! :) Not sure what's changed, other than maybe when I did the re-watch with my nephew, it had been the first time I'd seen any rangers in 15+ years and so I'd never really experienced it as an adult before. This time I had and so I was able to suspend by disbelief once again. :023:
